Takken Comp. Ind. Co., Ltd, was established in 1973 with strong vision to provide services and customized solutions to the field of hydraulic cylinder. Over the years Takken has grown at a decent rate and today has formidable presence in Taiwan and oversea markets. The hydraulic cylinders provided are of International Quality Standards and comply with JIS norm. The Company has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 due to its outstanding quality management systems.
Our Head Office, located in Taipei which is also the capital of Taiwan is home to its Executive Management. Sales, design team and production facilities are located in Tao Yuan while at the same time, having offices located in Taichung and Tainan.

| 1973 | Takken Comprehensive Industrial Co., Ltd was founded and its first plant constructed in Taoyuan for manufacturing stainless steel watchcases. |

| 1978 | Takken set up a branch office in Kaohsiung | |
| 1979 | Takken set up a branch office in Taichung. | |
| 1980 | The second plant of Takken was built to produce cylinders and process seamless steel tubes. | |
| 1981 | The branch office in Kaohsiung was relocated to Tainan. | |
| 1992 | Morrison Group (HK) Ltd., and Morrison Group (ZC) Ltd. were set up to serve overseas customers. | |
| 2002 | Special Vehicle Department of Takken was set up to produce garbage trucks, and trucks for resource recovery as well as other specified vehicles. It has obtained ISO 9001-2000 certification. | |
| 2004 | Takken Automatic Machine (Kun-Shan) Ind. Co., was established. And produce hydraulic cylinders. | |
| 2007 | Attended the exhibition of PTC ASIA. | |
| 2008 | Joined the exhibition of IFPE Las Vegas. | |
| 2009 | Attended the Hannover exhibition. | |
| 2010 | Mutually developed pneumatic cylinders together with B.W. for Taiwan airport MRT System. | |
| 2011 | Joined the exhibition of IFPE Las Vegas. | |
| 2012 | Set up more processing machines for production line. | |
| 2018 | ISO 9001-2015 certification. | |
| 2021 | Participated in the online digital exhibition in Hannover, Germany. |
| (1) Precision honed tube: | We are the forerunner of precision honed tube for hydraulic
and air cylinder; And have over 40 years experience in this area with high
quality. We can supply the range of O.D. 15mm upto O.D. 400mm of random
size to fulfill customs' need. |
| (2) Piston rod: | We can provide high quality of piston rod/chromatic stick/
electroplated hardness chromate rod with the diameter range from 3.5mm to
500mm. The maximum length is 10 m. |
| (3) Hydraulic / Air cylinder: | We can be able to design and produce hydraulic cylinder according
to customs' need and request. Also we can provide the fair product warranty
and after service to insure customs' right. |
| (4) Special vehicle: |
Since we have experiences of designing and producing hydraulic
cylinder in decades, we have taken one step ahead to begin developing and
producing all kind of special vehicle such as Garbage Truck、Road Sweeper、Recycling
Truck and Traveling Lavatory; And now we have continually obtained orders
from environmental protection bureau in Taiwan. |
